<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition which is free from such problems that in case of obtaining a calcined membrane using a conventional paste mixed with an oxidizing agent for producing the calcined membrane by calcining in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, the oxidizing agent comes to excess or short by fluctuation of the calcining condition so that the aforementioned problem arises when the oxidizing agent is short or when the oxidizing agent is excess, an excess oxidizing agent obstructs formation of a precise membrane to deteriorate properties of a resistance, a conductor and the like or to deteriorate dielectric strength and moisture resistance of an overcoat layer. <P>SOLUTION: The paste composition, which is calcined in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, includes a filler, an organic binder and an additive wherein a polyetheramine is added as the additive so that the concentration thereof is 0.5-20 weight% in the paste composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
