PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an internal electrode pattern which can suitably make an internal electrode layer thin with an excellent flatness. SOLUTION: The method for forming an internal electrode pattern 14 comprises the steps of stacking a conductor layer 12 formed by applying a metallic paste having metallic powder as its main component onto a first bearing base 20 and a resin layer 13 formed on a second bearing base 30 to have a shape corresponding to non-formation part of an internal electrode, and compressing the laminate together with the bearing bases; and releasing the second bearing base 30 from the laminate after the compression to remove the conductor layer 12 corresponding to the non-formation part of the internal electrode together with the resin layer 13. The flat internal electrode pattern having less thickness variations can be accurately formed into a desired shape. Even when the internal electrode pattern is made thin, the internal electrode layer after being baked is continuously formed, Consequently, a good quality of product can be manufactured with a good yield without causing an interruption of the internal electrode.
