PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for providing information for a mobile terminal, for timely providing required or effective information for the user of the mobile terminal, corresponding to the state of the mobile terminal or its user, and to provide an on-vehicle terminal and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The user of the on-vehicle terminal 40, which is the mobile terminal, gathers the information by using a user terminal such as a digital television 20, transmits it to a center server 30, and stores and preserves it in a database 31. When the user requests it from the on-vehicle terminal 40; the center server 30 retrieves related information inside the database 31, corresponding to the state of the user, transmits it to the on-vehicle terminal 40 by radio, and provides it.
