PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular instrument capable of preventing malfunction of the initial indication without complicating the instrument configuration. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 23 detects the terminal voltage Vt of an ignition terminal 10, and performs the initial indication (Step S5) when it is determined that the terminal voltage Vt is changed from the voltage lower than the ignition-OFF determination voltage Vo to the voltage higher than that (No in Step S1, and Yes in Step S3 and Step S4).
