PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact explosive device using fine metal hydrazine nitrate as a detonator and a base charge not including a lead compound, or a primer mixture not including the lead compound and improved in impact sensitivity. SOLUTION: In this impact explosive device 1 where a tubular body 2 storing at least one kind of charges of primer mixture, detonator and base charge is fired by an impact means, the charge 6 stored in the tubular body 2 has metal hydrazine nitrate. The metal hydrazine nitrate has average particle diameter of 30-0.1μm. A donating mixture prepared by mixing a sensitizer into metal hydrazine nitrate, is included.
