PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health information terminal device capable of securing a minimum necessary display performance while controlling display capacity to save costs.

SOLUTION: The health information terminal device 1 comprises a communication controller 11 for receiving health support information through a communication network 4, an LCD 2 for text and/or image display of the health support information received by the communication controller 11, a scroll controller 14 for scrolling a text and/or image displayed on the LCD 2, and a scroll feature setting part 12 for setting the direction and speed of scrolling by the scroll controller 14.
