<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logo data delivery program, a POS terminal and a logo data delivery system that enable a server device to deliver appropriate logo data to the POS terminal even if information about the POS terminal is not registered in the server. <P>SOLUTION: A request reception part 121 receives a request message including a code specifying logo data to be delivered from the POS terminal, a logo data acquisition part 123 acquires the logo data corresponding to the code from a logo data storage part 132, and a logo data sending part 125 responds to the POS terminal with the acquired logo data.
