PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce an operation noise without lowering cooling capacity, by adopting a compressor capable of preventing lowering of a compression capacity for a refrigerant while adopting a low-speed motor, in a refrigeration cycle unit and a cold and hot water system provided therewith. SOLUTION: This cold and hot water system is provided in an inside of its main body with a water supply source, and the refrigeration cycle unit with a closed circuit comprises the compressor, a condenser, an expansion device and an evaporator via a refrigerant pipe to cool water in the water supply source, and cools the water in the water supply source by the evaporator. In the system, the compressor is constituted of a sealed vessel, a compression instrument having a compression chamber for compressing the refrigerant, a driving part constituted of the low-speed motor having four poles or more and for providing compression power due to the compression of the refrigerant, and a supercharger for increasing an inflow volume of the refrigerant flowing into the compression chamber.
