<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable operation by using a plunger of which sliding fitting part to a pump housing has as small diameter as possible, while suppressing vibration and noise and reducing costs, in a plunger type pump device in which a bearing means is fitted into an eccentric cam part of a pump drive shaft and a plunger of which one end part is brought into sliding contact with the bearing means is fitted into the pump housing. <P>SOLUTION: In the plunger type pump device, the bearing means 41A comprises a plurality of ball bearings 42 parallelly arranged in the axial line direction of the pump drive shaft 32. The plunger 50A is provided with a piston part 61 having diameter smaller than a distance between centers of balls of the ball bearings 42 arranged at both ends in the arrangement direction of the respective ball bearings 42 and slidably fitted into the pump housing 46; and with a bearing contact part 62 of which both ends are arranged along the axial line of the pump drive shaft 32 outside the centers of the balls of the ball bearings 42 arranged at the both ends in the arrangement direction and which coaxially continues to the piston part 61 so as to be brought into sliding contact with outer rings of the respective ball bearings 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
