PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component integrated to frame and a manufacturing method of optical component integrated to frame capable of preventing an overflow of excessive resin material without making an optical element such as lens, mirror and prism large-size when die-molding the optical element. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the optical component I integrated to frame, in which the optical element 20 is held by a frame 10, is constituted as follows; the frame 10 having a through-hole 12 communicated with an outer part from a part other than an optical functional part of the optical element 20 is preliminarily manufactured, thereafter, the optical element 20 is molded in the state that the frame 10 is arranged in a molding die 3 and the excessive part 23a of resin material 23 for molding the optical element 20 is charged into the through-hole 12.
