PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency power transmission circuit protecting a power amplification element from destruction in the case where load characteristics are changed and reflective power is increased. SOLUTION: The reflective power is monitored in a power detection circuit 3 by using a circuit for detecting the reflective power. In the case where the reflective power is increased to be a certain value or more, a signal attenuation circuit 2 is inserted to a power amplification signal line, the reflective power acting on the power amplification element 5 is attenuated, and the element 5 is protected from destruction.
