FIELD: linen supporting equipment used for drying thereof in air. ^ SUBSTANCE: linen drying apparatus has frame provided with sides connected to one another through bars for placing linen thereon and joined with their one ends to cross-piece, which is bent upward to form handle. Other ends of sides are pivotally mounted on supports which are spaced apart from one another on bearing wall. Supports are provided with slots defined by clip on plate and adapted for displacement of frame in vertical plane. Apparatus is equipped with pair of hooks for retaining frame in position adjoining to bearing wall. Pins extending through slots formed in supports are inserted into holes of eyelets provided at ends of sides. Upper parts of clips are connected with opposite ends of sides joined to cross-piece through telescopically foldable struts, which hold frame in horizontal position on bar protruding beyond frame. Hooks are positioned on plate below clips, on which frame adjoining to bearing wall is set. In said position, clip and hook are positioned on plate within U-shaped section of sides. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction, convenient utilization for linen drying and also for other purposes. ^ 2 dwg |
