The opening is positioned in the vicinity of the longitudinal axis of the hollow tube. The opening for discharging oxidizer is interposed between the longitudinal axis of the hollow tube of the furnace and inner wall of the hollow tube of the furnace. The means for supplying coolant to the furnace lid has opening for discharging coolant in the inner space of the tube.
