A system for navigation having a high advertising effectiveness and concerning selection of a public contact point and budget allocation to the public contact point, taking every chance to present brand information to the public has been conventionally expected. A method for realizing such a system, wherein a purchase process corresponding to the commodity kind is judged, a phase corresponding to the purchase process is set, a time zone adapted to the contact with a target is determined for each phase, a contact point of high advertising effectiveness is selected for every phase according to the contact point power of each phase calculated from a contact point potential index, a contact rate index by contact point, and an index of affinity between the contact point and the mood. |
