AROMATIC AMINE COMPOUND AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICE USING SAME

Disclosed is an aromatic amine compound of a specific structure having at least one fluorene structure represented by the formula (1) below. Also disclosed is an organic electroluminescent device wherein an organic thin film composed of one or more layers including at least a light-emitting layer is interposed between a cathode and an anode and at least one layer in the organic thin film contains the aromatic amine compound by itself or as a component of a mixture. Such an organic electroluminescent device has various luminescent hues, high heat resistance, long life, high luminance and high luminous efficiency. The above-mentioned novel aromatic amine compound enables to realize such an organic electroluminescent device. (In the formula below, Ar¹-Ar⁶ independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 5-60 nuclear carbon atoms or the like, and L¹-L³ independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group having 5-60 nuclear carbon atoms or the like.)
