<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component management system for relieving time and labor to retrieve assembly object components dispersed in a factory. <P>SOLUTION: The component management system comprises a wireless tag 12 which is attached to the dispersed assembly object components and transmits a response signal by receiving an inputted identification information signal; a plurality of wireless stations 26 for transmitting the identification information signal which is inputted to the wireless tag 12 attached to the component to be retrieved, receiving the response signal from the wireless tag 12, and calculating the strength of the response signal; and a host computer 28 for transmitting a signal to transmit the identification information signal, which is inputted to the wireless tag 12 attached to the member to be retrieved, to wireless stations 26, and performing calculation concerning the wireless station 26 having received the strongest response signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
