PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk case which is stored in a condition preferable to an information recording medium, and allows the information recording medium to be bound together with a publication related thereto. SOLUTION: The disk case 10 comprises a disk tray 1, holding nails 12, a mount 2, notches 21, fixing parts 13, and fixing pieces 14. The disk tray 1 has a storage part 11 for storing a disk 200 therein. The holding nails 12 are formed in plurality on the tray edge 16, and are fitted loosely on the edge 202 of the the disk 200 set in the storage part 11. The mount 2 has a recess 22 in which the outer circumference 1a of the disk tray 1 is fitted loosely. The notches 21 are so formed as a pair on the mount 2 as to be located symmetrically with regard to the center of the disk tray 1. The fixing parts 13 extend from the tray edge 16 toward the notches 21, respectively. The fixing pieces 14 project from the fixing parts 13, and is engaged with the inner circumferential surfaces 21a of the notches 21, respectively, to prevent the disk tray 1 from coming off from the recess 22.
