PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for furnishing stability with time on a pharmaceutical composition that is manufactured into a preparation by compounding lactose, glucose, sucrose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and/or hydroxypropyl cellulose together with pseudoephedrine and oxatomide. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition comprises (i) pseudoephedrine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (ii) oxatomide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and (iii) at least one saccharide selected from the group consisting of lactose, glucose, sucrose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and/or hydroxypropyl cellulose along with (iv) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of butylhydroxyanisole, dibutylhydroxytoluene, tocopherol and its derivative.
