<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device, an information display control method, an information display control program and a recording medium for recording the information display control program for allowing a user to efficiently grasp the previous reading contents at the time of resuming reading. <P>SOLUTION: When the display instruction of document data 106 from a user is accepted by an instruction input part 123, a document data processing part 131 reads bookmark data 111 corresponding to the document data 106 from a storage part 125. Then, a data structure analyzing part 135 specifies the head of a sentence or the head of a paragraph including the bookmark position as a separation position based on the bookmark position information of the bookmark data 111 and the structure analytic result of the document data 106.
