FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention claims catalytic system capable to catalyse non-substituted compounds of olephine series, the system obtained by combination of: (a) metal of VIB or VIIIB group or its compound; and (b) bidentate phosphine of the general formula (I): (Ad)s(CR4R5R6)TQ2-A-(K,D)Ar(E,Z)-B-Q1(Ad)u(CR1R2R3)v(I), where Ad is optionally substituted adamantyl radical linked to phosphor atom over any of its tertiary carbon atoms.
