The valve is accommodated in the center of a ring (10) with axially extending walls. A second ring (16) provided with a multitude of axial bores (18) is guided around the first (10) in order to serve as a fixing element. A strip with a u-shaped cross section is positioned on top of the outer surface of the fixing ring (16). A string can be guided through the bores (18) underneath the projection in order to secure the arrangement (12).
