PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply electronic paper with image data of an image to be displayed on the electronic paper with the hiding property maintained while treating the electronic paper at an arbitrary position as if it were paper. SOLUTION: Permitted position information for specifying a position where it is permitted to display the image concerning the image data is pre-stored in a memory area MA 1 in a memory 52 of a memory clip 2, and when the image data are supplied to the electronic paper 1 from the memory clip 2, a transmission device 3 receives the transmitted present positional information, and supplies the image data to the electronic paper only when the present positional information agrees with the permitted position information.
