Described is a blow-molded wide-neck plastic drum for transporting and storing powder, viscous and liquid granulated products. Said drum can be hermetically sealed with a reinforced lid that is manufactured out as an injected piece. The advantage of the drum is that it is manipulated with common drum-carrier tools, such as a Stillson wrench, thereby preventing the drum edge and/or lower ring from deforming and the lid from being removed, thus avoiding leakages and loses of the packaged product.
