A windmill has a fixed support, a rotary head with wind wheel and generators installed on the wind wheel and equipped with additional wind wheels. The blades of the wind wheel are fixed at its hub and equipped with units for turn of the end sections thereof, which are made movable. Generators are installed on fixed sections of the blades and the end sections of the blades are hinged on generators. Such implementation of the unit provides decrease of loads affecting the hinges of rotary sections of the blades of the wind wheel and the hub.
