PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily impregnate a lubricant in a felt material forming a lubricant supply member and supply a sufficient lubricant from the lubricant supply member to a guide rail. SOLUTION: This linear guide bearing device comprises the lubricant supply member 15 fitted to the axial end part of a slider 2, formed of the porous felt material 15 containing the lubricant, and supplying the lubricant in contact with the guide rail 1. The lubricant supply member 15 is formed by punching out the sheet-like felt material 15a in a specified shape.
