PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tasting beverage container enabling anyone to easily perform tasting usually performed by a sommelier or the like while sucking air, and a straw type tasting auxiliary implement having the above characteristics and manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: A groove, a tube, or the like with a sufficient size so that air passes through is provided at the edge of the beverage container, and the straw type tasting auxiliary implement has a hole or a slit at an intermediate part of the tube.
