PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct drawing type waterless planographic printing original plate having excellent scratch resistance and image reproducibility of a silicone rubber layer and to provide a silicone rubber solution suitable for a direct drawing type waterless planographic printing original plate, the solution which suppresses gelation during manufacture and which can be used for a long time. SOLUTION: The direct drawing type waterless planographic printing original plate has at least a heat insulating layer, a thermosensitive layer, and a silicone rubber layer layered in this order on a substrate, wherein the silicone rubber layer contains polysiloxane having a hydroxyl group, hydrogen siloxane, a silane compound expressed by general formula (I):(R<SP>1</SP>)<SB>4-n</SB>SiX<SB>n</SB>, a polycondensation active catalyst, and an addition polymerization active catalyst. In formula (I), n represents an integer 2 to 4, R<SP>1</SP>represents a≥1C substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, alkenyl group, aryl group or a combination group of these, and X represents a functional group selected from halogen atoms, alkoxy groups, acyloxy groups, ketoximine groups, aminoxy groups, amide groups and alkenyloxy groups.
