PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laminated semiconductor ceramic electronic parts capable of raising a flash breakdown voltage while attaining a low resistivity under a room temperature. SOLUTION: There are provided a layered product 2 made by alternately laminating a ceramic layer 3 and internal electrode layers 4, 5, and a primary external electrode 9 and a secondary external electrode 10 formed at both end surfaces of the layered product 2. There are provided the internal electrode layers 4, 5 wherein one end of each of the internal electrode layers 4, 5 is connected with either one of the primary and secondary external electrodes 9, 10, and the other end of each of the internal electrode layers 4, 5 is not connected with either one of the primary and secondary external electrodes 9, 10, but is formed so as to face to the edge of the layered product 2 with a predetermined margin M, and the margin M is 75μm or less.
