PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple one-piece caliper housing design. SOLUTION: A caliper assembly has an one-piece housing comprising first and second walls opposite to each other. A pair of bridge side parts connect the first and second walls. The first wall is provided with a pair of bores receiving a piston assembly. Openings are formed among the first wall, the second wall and the pair of bridge side parts. The openings permit the access into a caliper main body.
