PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeler for citrus fruits capable of safely and surely notching the skin when peeling the skin of the citrus fruits. SOLUTION: This peeler 1 for the citrus fruits has a bar-shaped gripping part 2, an L-shaped part 3 having a base end part installed in one end part of the gripping part 2 and having a midway part 3a bent in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the gripping part 2, and a vertical blade part 4 formed downward on the tip of the L-shaped part 3. While approaching the gripping part 2 by residual four fingers of a right hand by pressing down the fruits by a thumb of the right hand by holding the citrus fruits by a left hand, when notching the skin by the vertical blade part 4, since the thumb of the right hand becomes a fulcrum, the vertical blade part 4 can be moved along the skin of the fruits being a spherical surface.
