PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator for vibration damping with a new structure capable of effectively realizing stabilization of output characteristics and improvement of durability by preventing bad effect of air spring action to the actuator and suppressing heat generation by current supply to a coil, and a mount for active vibration damping and a vibration controller for active vibration damping which are structured by using the electromagnetic actuator for vibration damping. SOLUTION: An air passage 136 for cooling, extending inside of yoke members 100, 102 assembled to the coil 94, for making an upper part air chamber 132 and a lower part air chamber 134 mutually communicate is formed.
