PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two-way communication of an E-mail in real-time by receiving the summary of the desired E-mail from a place of visit. SOLUTION: The newly received E-mail is transferred and divided by word units at a transfer destination. Then a summary mail is generated based on the meaning of each word. The summary mails are classified by category, based on the meaning of the words included in the summary mail, so that setting is performed to receive only the desired category. Consequently, the summary mail or the whole mail are received in response to business or in some cases together with the E-mail address of a transmission source, so that return is directly transmitted to a transmitting person.
