<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weaken impact shock that a pedestrian receives when a traveling vehicle collides with the pedestrian. <P>SOLUTION: An inner plate member 10 connecting a fender 5 with a wheel apron reinforcement 7 is formed by a resin material containing talc of 10 to 35% by weight making polypropylene homopolymer as a base. A bend part 10e bending inward a vehicle body is formed on the inner plate member 10. A round part 10f having curvature radius of 2mm or less is formed at the inner side corner part of the bend part 10e.
