<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing method which dispenses with works such as cleaning or the like of a printing machine left in a non-operational state for a long period, can obtain the printing performance equivalent to that of the state prior to the non-operation, when used after the long non-operational state, furthermore can obtain excellent drying properties and imaging properties. <P>SOLUTION: The stencil printing device is equipped with a drum which is freely rotatable, has an external peripheral wall having a stencil paper attached to the surface thereof, wherein the external peripheral wall has a base wall allowing no ink to pass therethrough and a porous sheet arranged on the surface of at least the maximum printing area of the base wall, and has ink flow channels provided over at least the maximum printing area between the porous member and the base wall. The device includes an ink supply means to supply ink to the ink flow channels, an ink recovery means to recover the ink in the ink flow channels, an attaching process to attach the stencil paper to the drum by using the stencil printing device equipped with a press-roll for pressing the supplied printing medium to the external peripheral wall, a production process to produce the stencil paper, and an ink transfer process to transfer the aqueous ink on the printing medium by passing the ink from the drilled holes of the stencil paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
