PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce battery consumption of a gas interrupting device by setting a separate informing device. SOLUTION: Power of an informing communication device 1 is supplied from a primary battery 7 in informing side, and the other power is supplied from a primary battery 2 in the gas interrupting device side so that consumption of the primary battery 2 is reduced and a safety function is surely operated by the primary battery 2.
