The method involves sending a message to communication terminals e.g. personal computers, of recipients (50, 52), by a user (2). The message contains information concerning a request for establishing a contact with the recipients through telephonic bridge (20) or Web site (20`), and an identification data of the bridge or the Web site. Information relative to access of the bridge or Web site, by the recipients is sent to the user. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a system for processing a request message comprises a request message processing device (B) a software product comprising a data medium having data in the form of code for implementing request message processing method.
