PURPOSE: A navigation control system for a vascular treatment micro robot in consideration of deformability of a coronary artery is provided to determine deformability of a coronary artery with movement of the coronary artery, thereby tracking the position of the micro robot. CONSTITUTION: A coronary artery finding unit finds movement of a coronary artery. A deformability determining unit determines deformability of the coronary artery by movement of the coronary artery. A position tracking unit tracks the position of a vascular treatment micro robot by the determined deformability.
