<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying apparatus which is good for the global atmosphere and the finance of a management by effectively utilizing the water clarification power by natural life activity, thereby more reducing the burden on the finance of the management or the global atmosphere than that in a mechanical or chemical water clarification apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The stagnated water purifying apparatus is provided with a raising seeding pot for cultivating a water side plant on the lightweight concrete panel in which coal is incorporated to enhance the clarification effect and is used by being floated on raw water to be purified. Native bacteria is propagated in fine void of the pores and gaps in the coal used as a nursery bed to promote the decomposition and the absorption of a material causing contamination through the life activity of the bacteria. The water side plant (2) such as reed or grass (3) is planted and the roots of the reed or the grass is extended into water to take phosphorus compounds, nitrogen compounds or a heavy metals into the body as nutrients directly from the water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
