PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tightly connect a rod-shaped connecting material to a furring strip while being efficiently constructed at a low cost. SOLUTION: The substrate has groove-shaped runners 1 horizontally fixed at the upper-lower edges of the wall surfaces 10 of a building, and a plurality of the furring strips 2 connected to the wall surfaces 10 at specified intervals through the runners 1. The substrate further has the rod-shaped connecting materials 3 connecting these furring strips 2, and spacers 4 being disposed among the connecting materials 3 and the wall surfaces 10 and fixing the connecting materials 3 on the wall surfaces 10. In the furring strips 2, through-holes 6 in which the connecting materials 3 are penetrated are bored at the opposed places of side faces 2B on both sides of fixed surfaces 2A on which board materials for a building are fixed. The furring strips 2 are formed of a metal plate, and connect stopper bent pieces 8 so that the stopper bent pieces 8 arranging the connecting materials 3 inserted into the through-holes 6 can be bent to the upper sections or side sections of the through-holes 6. The displacements of the connecting materials 3 are prevented by the bent pieces 8 against the surfaces of the connecting materials 3 inserted into the through-holes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
