PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor whose high frequency response can be improved by reducing ESR and ESL. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor A1 comprises a metallic porous sintered body 1 having a valve action, first and second anode terminals 11a and 11b projecting from the porous sintered body 1, and a metal cover 22 for establishing a conductivity path between the first and second anode terminals 11a and 11b.
