摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trans-axle structure realizing stabilization of pre-load by shortening a distance between a bearing and a nut, facilitating independent development of a transmission and a differential gear due to difference in their individual performance requirements, facilitating making combination taking into consideration difference of gear ratios and specifications of the transmission and the differential gear, and facilitating confirmation of cause and exchange of a part at failure. SOLUTION: In the trans-axle structure in which the transmission 21 and a differential gear device 22 are combined, an output shaft 31 of the transmission 21 and a differential pinion shaft 32 of the differential gear device 22 are detachably and integrally rotatably connected by spline fitting. A pre-load fastening nut 37 of a bearing provided at the differential gear device 22 side is provided on an outer peripheral part of the differential pinion shaft 32 at the spline fitting part.
