PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter capable of enhancing power conversion efficiency while reducing the design area furthermore. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter comprises MOS transistors SW1-SW4 for switching, a capacitor C1, and level shifters LS1' and LS2' arranged such that the MOS transistors SW1-SW4 are turned on/off to charge the capacitor C1 with the input voltage and a desired output voltage is obtained through the utilization of the charging voltage. Based on the source voltage of the MOS transistor SW1, the level shifter LS1' generates an on/off control signalΦSW1 of the MOS transistor SW1.
