FIELD: medicine, experimental oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should introduce 0.15 mm suspension of rat's sarcoma 45 strain for the depth of 2-3 mm into rat's retrogastric fiber, into paranephral fiber - per 0.2 mm suspension of rat's sarcoma 45 strain for the depth of 3-4 mm from both sides. The method enables to develop tumor in experiment for creating and evaluating anti-tumor efficiency of chemotherapeutic techniques. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 ex
