PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless belt for forming an image at a low cost that prevents a biased movement sufficiently and, at the same time, offers durability. SOLUTION: The invention is a seamless belt for forming an image in which a rib for preventing a biased movement of the belt is placed on both edges of the inner circumference of a seamless circular film containing a thermoplastic resin. The seamless belt for forming an image is characterized in that the rib for preventing a biased movement of the belt is 0.2-1.0% shorter than the length of the inner circumference of the seamless circular film.
