FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves administering 10 treatment sessions comprising sequential introduction of medicaments selected from groups like coagulants, disaggregants, corticosteroids and antioxidants, treating an eye with pulsating magnetic field of 10-12 mTesla units large intensity, frequency of 50 Hz applied for 10 min and retinal laser coagulation treatment with diode laser having wavelength of 810 nm. The medicaments are administered into retrobulbar space twice a day with 30 min long interval. The medicaments are introduced into the retrobulbar space via catheter implanted in advance. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high medicament concentration in pathological focus; stimulated medicament action; eliminated edemas. ^ 2 cl |
