PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more quickly switch access to intermittent storage areas of a data storage part. SOLUTION: A memory access circuit 10 comprises an address register 18 for storing an access start address, an update bit specification register 20 for specifying intermediate bits of the access start address as update bits, an address update processing part 22 for changing the data of the specified update bits to update the access start address, and an access processing part 14 for executing reading/writing from/to data storage areas starting from the updated access start address.
