PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily connecting a bus bar to a conductive member, and a busbar. SOLUTION: Three leads 21a, 21b, 21c of a semiconductor element 20 are inserted into cylinder-shaped parts 11a, 11b, 11c formed on a busbar main body part 14 so as to conform with intervals between the leads 21a, 21b, 21c, and are kept as they are. Here, holding force of the cylinder-shaped parts 11a, 11b, 11c holding the semiconductor element 20 is adjusted to the extent of supporting the weight of the semiconductor element 20, and in this state, the leads 21a, 21b, 21c are welded to the cylinder-shaped parts 11a, 11b, 11c. Accordingly, it is unnecessary to hold the leads 21a, 21b, 21c and the cylinder-shaped parts 11a, 11b, 11c by a clamp or the like when welding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
