FIELD: mechanical engineering; piston machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use as engines converting reciprocation into rotation and vice versa. Proposed machine contains holder arranged in housing freely installed on shaft eccentric and carrying toothed rim engaging with central wheel coupled with shaft gear by means of gear train.
