PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jetting hole member atomizing fluid spray and a fuel injection valve using the jetting hole member. SOLUTION: The jetting hole axes 202 of the jetting holes 100, 102, and 104 formed in a jetting hole plate 30 are tilted in a direction apart from a center axis 200 as they proceed to an injection direction. The jetting hole 102 among the jetting holes 100, 102, and 104 jets the fluid spray to nearest the center axis 200 and the jetting hole 104 jets it to the peripheral side thereof apart mostly from the center axis 200. The inclination anglesθ11,θ12, andθ10 of the jetting holes formed by the inner peripheral side inner wall surfaces of the jetting holes 100, 102, and 104 on the center axis 200 side in combination with the center axis 200 are equal to each other and 15°or more. The tapered anglesθ21,θ22, andθ20 of the jetting holes 100, 102, and 104 diverging from a jetting hole inlet to a jetting hole outlet areθ22 >θ21 >θ20.
