PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof tire having a sound absorbing member capable of enhancing heat radiating performance while a sufficient sound absorbing characteristic is secured and suppressing the thermal aging of a tire body. SOLUTION: The sound absorbing member 2 containing a heat conducting substance is joined with the inside surface of the tire body 1. The heat emitted from the tire body 1 generated by friction with a road surface is radiated through the sound absorbing member 2 to a ring-shaped internal space formed of the inside surface of the tire body 1 and the outside surface of a rim and conducted through the rim to be dissipated to the outside.
